NAPA 13, was published 9 days after the earthquake that destroyed cities and towns in southern Perú (August 15th, 2007), causing hundreds of victims. It addressed both the event, through a visit to the affected region, and the aftermath public discussions on the lack of organization and prevention by adult institutions and government. The items in this programme were:

Kids give the example of organized aid. Courage and hope, kids’s grief from the south. Young peruvians solidarity, a lesson for life. Our task, to learn how to prevent. Demand for your right for a safe school. News brief. And, authorities than don’t look after kids’s rights, piss me off!
